Prerequisites: This course can be tailored to the appropriate skill level of the attendees. However, we recommend that students have a basic knowledge of e-mail including SMTP, IMAP, and POP, and a basic knowledge of TCP/IP.

Intended Audience: This course is intended for systems managers and/or e-mail administrators responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of PMDF.
