Process Software WebMail Interface Tour

WebMail Advanced Interface – Login Page

The attractive WebMail login page includes numerous login options, depending on your system configuration.

Designed for unprecedented ease-of-customization, the login page is the first page your users will see when using the new system. WebMail’s login page can be easily 'branded' to integrate your organization's images, color-scheme and style.

Advance Interface – Start Page

In the Advanced interface, a new window pops up, loading the feature-rich user interface.

Any user of an email client will recognize the intuitive features and responsive layout, and be comfortable using WebMail.

Advance Interface –Compose Mail

Sporting the newest, most advanced HTML editor available, WebMail allows the greatest possible flexibility when composing emails.

Utilizing the editing features of major word-processing applications, the controls are at your fingertips for unique HTML email messaging.

Advance Interface - Calendar

With WebMail Calendar your users can:

Outlook Sync

Included in Process WebMail is the ability to synchronize addressbook and calendar data with Outlook.

Calendar Reminders

The Calendar supports event reminders with a visual notification on the Web-interface for appointments pending or overdue. Via the interface, users can click an event as complete, sleep to remind in 30 minutes, or delete the event from the Calendar. An improved visual overlay is included to bring focus to the overdue reminders from the calendar interface.

Advance Interface – Appointment

A Calendar is only as useful as the freedom it gives in scheduling and rescheduling the important or merely necessary events of our lives.

With WebMail Groupware Calendar you can set a calendar event and schedule and share calendar events with other users, in gross or fine detail.

Ajax Interface – Read Mail

The Simple AJAX Interface accents the simplicity of WebMail with the interface enhancements provided by AJAX technology.

For your users, this means an improved experience wherein reading, writing, and organizing email messages are a pleasure. View the inbox listing you expect, in clean lines and unassuming animation. The Read Mail view displays unread messages in bold and, like the entire interface, supports a right-click context menu.

Ajax Interface – Send a Message

Sending a message is easy. The inline spell check features the speed of a standalone application, but with the focus on the email message, where it belongs.

Groupware - Address Book

WebMail includes a comprehensive address book, which allows you to organize contacts, schedule meetings, schedule your tasks with a group, and manage your team’s work day with ease. For example, the office secretary can assign a calendar event for the manager, after checking their free/busy time to confirm availability.

WebMail User Preferences

WebMail User Settings are all about balance. Users are provided the control they need for their experience level but are not confronted with arcane settings and mundane options.

For your support team, this makes for fewer support issues and queries while increasing the satisfaction of your users.

Default allowed settings could be restricted via the Webadmin Interface, allowing you to define what your users can change in their email experience.
