Adding and removing users from PreciseMail Web Access
Adding and removing users is done in PMDF or any other mail server being used. Since PreciseMail Web Access is a passthru to the POP/IMAP servers, there is no user database per se. PreciseMail Web Access does maintain an internal directory structure of people who have logged in. This directory structure contains their configuration options. Mail administrators will need to write their own script to periodically remove directories for accounts that are no longer active at their site by checking the date on the configuration.db file.

Customizing the portal page
The mail administrator can modify the News page by editing today.xsl. There you can change the weather image, add news, company info, and more.

User's ability to change the look and feel of their web interface
The web-based user interface includes an option for users to select different custom page designs (under the Options menu)
The mail administrator has the ability to create these different options using the provided
templates and XSL. AS a result, mail administrators can completely change the look and feel of the PreciseMail Web Access interface.
