PMDF Obsolete Features

It can be appropriate to use the tick, notick, verb_on, or verb_off keywords on certain BITNET channels. However, there is no information about the use of these keywords in either DOMAIN NAMES or XMAILER NAMES and bitnet_domains.com never generates any of these keywords.
