Example 2-1 is a sample PMDF installation dialogue (using the setld utility). Before the installation started, the PMDF V6.3 product kit was copied from the PMDF distribution CD-ROM directory (/OSF1-Alpha/PMDF630) to the /kits/PMDF630 directory. All subsets are installed.

Remember that the values that were entered in this sample installation are for purposes of example only. Make sure you use values that are appropriate for your system when you perform the actual installation.
