Media Contact: PROCESS SOFTWARE INVITES CUSTOMERS TO JOIN THEM IN CELEBRATING 25 YEARS IN BUSINESS Framingham, MA, March 20, 2009 - Today Process Software begins its 25-year anniversary celebration by inviting their customers and partners to join them in this monumental occasion. For a quarter of a century, Process Software has been a dominant vendor in providing TCP/IP for OpenVMS and messaging software solutions to customers with mission-critical applications. Process Software has few peers that have thrived for this many years. During this period, Process Software grew its customer base to over 3,000 global companies across all industries including, the Fortune 500 corporations, government contractors, and educational institutions, manufacturers, and more. "As we prepare to celebrate our 25 year milestone, we would like to thank all of our customers and partners for their loyalty and trust in Process Software", said Michael McCarthy, vice president of global sales and support. He added, "Process Software's longevity and growth can be attributed to our mission of prioritizing customer needs at all levels of our organization. We do this by supplying our customers with high-performance communication software products, which are reliable and secure enough to be operating in mission critical environments around the globe. We then back up those products by providing 7/24 support to our customers through our world-class technical support and engineering teams." Process Software has never rested on its accomplishments; the development group has always enhanced and expanded the product offering over the years. As the company celebrates its anniversary, planning is underway to expand Process Software’s business for the near and long-term. Hunter Goatley, Process Software technical manager for the past 12 years, recounts that new products and services were the result of customer suggestions. He said, “I spend a good amount of time monitoring and responding to customer questions on our email lists and forums.” He added, “Around 2002, I noticed a lot of customers were reporting that spam was on the rise and that led us to develop PreciseMail Anti-Spam Gateway. It is truly a customer-driven product. I was pleased to see that right away we received a lot of positive feedback during the first beta. The timing could not have been more appropriate since that beta cycle began during the Christmas holiday break when spam is typically at its peak,” said Goatley.
