To celebrate 25 years in business, Process Software is inviting customers and partners to share their most memorable experience with the community. For me the high point of all corporate tee-shirts had to the TGV,
glow-in-the-dark 'Storm' tie-dye. Followed closely by Joel Snyder's
'guess whose next?' The 'Storm' was the hight of corporate 'cool',
but then they had the software to back it up. Looking back at the many
threads that now make Process, the coolest corporate party I was ever
at had to be the TGV and 'friends' party on top of 'La Defense' in
Paris. - Robert Baker Congratulations on 25 great years and a shout out to old friends from DECUS and Ambassadors' days as well. Here's to 25 years to come. Enjoy the celebration! - Mike Kier Twenty years ago Boeing started work on a file transfer system that would enable them to quickly exchange files with customers and suppliers around the world in support of the 777. Supplier Network, or SNET as it came to be known, was a huge success and still thrives today. A key part of the operating system involves use of TCPware. Ten years ago we switched to your product and have enjoyed the great support provided by Hunter, Michael Corbett, Mo Boukantar and others on the staff. We look forward to many more years of the same great service. - Steve C. Perry PMDF for OpenVMS is a fabulous product!! It is very complete and has great flexibility. - Antonio Sola We first used Process Software on a MicroVAX II running MicroVMS V4.4 that was the central control node for a document scanning/OCR/management system for the DOE; this was around 1987-88. We purchased "FTP-VMS V1.2" and were very pleased (and successful) with it. A tip of the hat to Bernie Volz who was extremely helpful getting us over some of the hurdles with socket level communications! We use TCPware to this day on all of our VAX customer systems, and on our own. - Rich Jordan I've used Multinet and PMDF for many years. I especially like the flexibility and feature depth of PMDF. When a specific need arises, it is not a question of can I accomplish it with PMDf but instead is a question of how do I do it. Great products! - Mick Smith Respect! - Harald Truemper The early versions of PreciseMail had a single directory for quarantine files. This was too big for the notification job on VMS to processs twice a day. I really appreciated the one on one support Hunter gave me to change this to a multi-level directory structure on teh live system without losing a single message and with no customer awareness it was going on. I would also like to send you a picture of a t-shirt from Innosoft when it owned PMDF but I will have to do that separately. - Malcolm Smeaton I used your Multinet product for many years. I'm very happy with its functionality. - Eberhard Heuser Multinet and PMDF: two awesome applications that have been the definitive standard when it comes to IP stacks and email handling on OpenVMS. Congratulations on 25 years of superb software engineering, Process Software. - Jim Duff
