Way to go!

- Dan Newman

My most memorable experience was back in the early 90's working for a large teaching hospital in Boston and needing some information about the Multinet product for our VMS host. Realizing a few days before a major system upgrade from VAX to Alpha that a previous system manager left with the document set for Multinet and we had nothing on site and calling up our rep and pleading for assistance which was given with no problem. Then a day before the upgrade having Fedex drop off the entire new document set on my desk, free of charge and unbeknown to me it would be coming. That was my first exposure to the highest level of customer service I have ever seen. Not only did we get answers immediately on the phone to all our questions, but the unexpected doc set was just the icing on the cake!

While our needs at the University of Northern Iowa have moved on, I remain extremely grateful to Process for saving both MultiNet and PMDF from the software scrap heap when the prior vendors saw fit to let those products die. Thank you!

- Ken Connelly

How time flies! I've used MultiNet at multiple companies over the years. Always solid engineering in the spirit of VMS software.
Congratulations!!

- David Spencer

I have been using one of Process Software's TCP/IP platforms (TCPWare, Multinet) for at least 15 of those 25 years. Everyone there has been pleasant to work with, support has always been great, and last but not least, the products work! Congratulations on 25 years.

- Rodney Wager

The employees of our research center have been enjoying your PMDF (and PreciseMail now too) products for many, many years. These products are very dependable and are loaded with useful, powerful features. Thanks Process Software!

- Rich Groh

Congratulations! My favorite (ex-)Process employee is Jim Mehlhop who came to you via the TGV/Cisco route.

- Ed Wilts

We first became a Process customer when Cisco sold off Multinet to them. Somewhat apprehensive at the time about the product's future, but Process came through and continued the development and kept the product alive. More recently (2000) we transitioned our PMDF support/licenses over to PMDF when Innosoft sold out to Sun. Again Process was able to pick up the development/support of the product and even add a client platform or two. This has definitely made my job a lot easier and I'm only grateful that Process Software is still humming along these days. Hopefully we'll still be a customer for years to come. Congrats on the 25-year anniversity! P.S. Cool design with the t-shirt.

Long Live OpenVMS, and MultiNet of course :-)

- Robert Schorsch

I've used TCPWare and other products for several years now and I am completely happy with its stability and functionality. Thank you and more power to Process Software, Happy 25th Anniversary!
